The purpose of the Operations Officer is to provide administrative and operational assistance across collections, credit and support, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies. You will contribute to our mission of excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction in the financial services industry.

Areas of responsibility (AORs)

AssistAssist brokers with their aged debtors list by making contact with the clients to arrange payment of their policy in full or take up a Premium Funding option.Contact customers who have not submitted a funding quote after the pre-determined number of days/weeks since creation to ascertain if they require the Premium Funding option or not.Contact customers who have visited the Online Loan Acceptance (OLA) landing page but did not complete the process to ascertain if they require the premium funding option or not.
