The 1LMX MES & PLM Functional Manager will oversee the OSM (Operations Systems & Modeling) functional teams responsible for defining, harmonizing, and deploying Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities under the IDE (Integrated Digital Environment) Saber 2.0 initiative. The successful candidate will provide key role with cross-functional leaders to ensure aligned objectives, staffing and execution of work.
**What You Will Be Doing**
• Vision & Strategy Execution: Lead OSM functional team in achieving the IDE Saber 2.0 vision, ensuring MES/PLM capabilities provide measurable business value.
• 1LMX Culture Drive: Champion the 1LMX culture, fostering collaboration across business areas to standardize processes, eliminate redundancies, and modernize systems.
