Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team. This role will be based in Tianjin. 

We will count on you to:

·Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of productivity and quality.

·Provide operation support to business teams in the area of Placement, Policy Servicing, and Fiduciary (Billing, Accrual, Reconciliation, Collection, and etc.).

· Perform operation activities according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements are met.

·Operation activities include checking supporting documents, entering data in systems, generating slips, reviewing policy documents, filing documents, communicating with brokers / insurance companies to collect and clarify information, and etc.
