We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of engineering maintenance services within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This role is critical to ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with GMP and client standards. You will oversee planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance to ensure asset reliability, operational continuity, and service excellence, while acting as the key interface between engineering teams and the client.
