General Job Information:

Job Purpose: The Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end SC functionality of Distribution Centre. Functions will include People Management, Finance Management, Process Management, Customer Satisfaction and SHEQ Management.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• TES industry experience would be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferably in a warehouse/logistics/supply chain environment
• Exposure to unionized environments would be an advantage
• Knowledge of BCEA and management of IR processes
