The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing multi‑store restaurant operations, including New Store Openings (NSO), to ensure strong operational performance, profitability, food quality, and exceptional guest experience. This role is highly focused on Back‑of‑House (BOH) operations, kitchen management, food safety, and operational discipline to ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all stores.
