International iGaming operator is hiring an
Operations Manager
to oversee Customer Support, Payments and Fraud operations from its growing Melilla hub.
This is a fully onsite role focused on team leadership, operational performance, escalations, and day-to-day management within a fast-paced casino environment.
Candidates must have: β’ Strong iGaming operations/customer support experience β’ Exposure to Payments, Fraud or Player Operations β’ Team management experience β’
Fluent Spanish and English β’
Salary circa β¬55k
Location: β’ Based in Melilla OR β’ Open to relocate (accommodation provided by potential employer) OR β’ Able to travel weekly onsite from Malaga/Madrid
