We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a region of approximately 13 sites across the East Midlands.

This opportunity is with a well-established branded casual dining business that is continuing to invest in its estate and people. You'll inherit a fully staffed region and be responsible for supporting your General Managers, driving performance, and ensuring sites deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of 15–20 sites across the region.
• Drive performance across labour, sales, gross profit and key operational KPIs.
