The Role

The Operations Manager keeps the Academy running so teachers can teach. Reporting to the Director of Business, you'll manage the physical and operational life of the school — facilities, safety, transportation, food service, and vendor relationships — and supervise custodial, maintenance, and operational support staff.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for someone who thrives on making complex organizations work quietly and well.
