Position Overview
The Manager, MN Clinical Operations supports the safe and effective delivery of patient care services in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation. Is responsible for daily operations of the clinical operations team, clinical education, supervision and development of staff, performance improvement, and enhancement of the profitability of assigned areas. Participates in Foundation support initiatives. Assures compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
Manages staff, assigns and delegates responsibilities within the scope of practice to the appropriately licensed and unlicensed health care providers as indicated. Oversees daily operations and leads department utilizing shared governance model and Lean principles of management.
