**Description**

The **Operations Manager** will provide leadership to the branch and manage a variety of general warehouse activities in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective manner.

**_Responsibilities:_**

+ Responsible for managing the overall operations of the facility including supervising team members, monitoring expenses and overseeing P&L functions.
+ Create and ensure a safe workplace and promote a culture of safety for the facility
+ Partner with internal leadership team (Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics) to maximize profitability, efficiency and to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Lead recruitment and onboarding to hire top talent to improve the organization.
