The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the CSC Manager as well as carrying out direction and responsibilities to all operation associates,drivers and technicians.



A Day in the life of an Operations Manager:




+ Promote safety first in all actions

+ Assist in the hiring and training of operations associates including Right Way Training, Driver Tablet training, and CSR process training

+ Provide direction and guidance to all operations associates, drivers and technicians

+ Manage processes and corresponding systems

+ Review and make changes as needed to maintain the most efficient staffing of company units to achieve the highest utilization as possible
