Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP). Manage daily operations to ensure all service levels and excellence standards are consistently met. Financial & Budgetary Management: Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
