An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or Duty Manager to lead the day to day running of a multi-faceted high-end Leisure Centre in Highgate!

The facilities include a gym, swimming pool, sports hall, studios and sports pitches. My client is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of working within the leisure industry as this is a busy and influential role within the business.

The main responsibilities of the Operations Manager are:

In liaison with the General Manager, be responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate operational standards on site.

To manage the daily operation of the Centre, following all operational standards and Health & Safety procedures.
