Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics/Transportation, and Purchasing departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Manage operational challenges within the cold chain and food wholesale industry, including handling emergencies and unexpected situations effectively.
