The group currently operates high-volume Greek, Italian, and Steakhouse concepts with a Head Office in Wynberg and established locations in Bryanston and Parkhurst .
The Operations Manager will ensure seamless execution across all sites, driving financial performance while maintaining the unique identity of each culinary concept. This position reports to the directors and focuses on operational efficiency, team development, and brand consistency during this phase of aggressive growth.
