Operations Manager

Landworks Excavation Inc. is looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, crews, equipment, scheduling, job sites, and project execution.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in an operations, project management, site supervisor, foreman, or similar leadership role within excavation, construction, civil work, trucking, site preparation, or heavy equipment operations.

Please note: Previous experience in a similar operations, project management, supervisory, or foreman role is required for this position.

The Operations Manager will play a key role in keeping projects running safely, efficiently, professionally, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly work schedules for crews and equipment
• Oversee multiple job sites to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
