This role oversees all aspects of project execution including safety, quality, forecasting, scheduling, and profitability while cultivating a high performance culture rooted in our core values and SMaC operating discipline. As a key member of the electrical leadership team, the Operations Manager drives strategic planning, strengthens client and stakeholder relationships, and develops top talent to ensure the division’s long‑term success.
