Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple school catering locations, ensuring the safe and consistent delivery of our food service.
You will lead your teams to deliver and exceed operational budgets and KPIs, while embedding the highest standards of compliance, safety and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others, creating a culture of safety excellence. Own and manage any health, safety or food safety issues identified through audits, inspections or events, ensuring effective improvements.
