We are hiring an Operations Manager for a high volume, high scale platform partner in the crypto industry who will become the operational centre of the company.

You will manage a cross functional team directly and act as the coordination point between Development, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Business Development. Your job is to ensure priorities stay aligned, execution stays on track, and problems are identified before they become operational risks.

This is not a passive reporting role. You will be expected to drive accountability, improve execution standards, remove blockers, and create operational structure across a fast moving business operating in the crypto space.
