Position Overview

Quick Key INC is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Polanco office. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who can manage a small office team (6-7 staff), monitor dispatch, and handle administrative, billing, and payroll responsibilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing service business. The Operations Manager must understand every part of the office workflow and be able to step in wherever needed, including dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily dispatch operations
- Step in to handle dispatch directly when needed
- Schedule shifts for dispatchers and field technicians
- Oversee job flow, technician coordination, and daily operations
- Hire, onboard, and assist with training new employees
