About the Role

A leading company within the food production and cold-chain logistics industry is seeking an experienced and disciplined Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across multiple departments, including warehousing, transport, stock management, quality control, sanitation, and site operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing approximately 260 employees while ensuring operational efficiency, legal compliance, stock integrity, cold-chain performance, quality standards, security oversight, and continuous improvement across the site.
