Lyft Urban Solutions is the operator of six bikeshare systems across the country, including Citi Bike (https://citibikenyc.com/) , the New York City region’s bike share system. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who wants to continue the micromobility revolution.

As the Operations Manager, you will own managing the Citi Bike bike fleet – the largest bikeshare fleet in North America – across its New York City and New Jersey service area end to end. You’ll serve as the primary cross-functional subject matter expert for fleet operations, driving performance through our operating partner while also leading people and tackling strategic initiatives.
