Operations & Maintenance Site Engineer – Balesin

JOB SUMMARY:
The O&M Field Engineer performs hands-on work directly at the solar rooftop project sites,
executing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring on-site safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute Scheduled Maintenance

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks as per work orders (panel cleaning, visual
• inspections, connection checks, basic tests).
• Document all PM activities via service reports or mobile tools.

On-Site Troubleshooting & Corrective Maintenance:

• Travel to sites to diagnose and repair faults.
• Utilize diagnostic tools (multimeters, thermal imagers, etc.) for on-site fault finding.
• Perform corrective actions, including component replacements (panels, inverters,
