Position Overview
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, customer communication, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking to ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.
Operations & Customer Success Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Managed Shopify and WhatsApp order processing
