Position Overview
To support the Transport Department in ensuring efficient logistics operations, including vessel monitoring, driver deployment, document processing, and customer service, while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Operational & Safety Compliance - Safety & Health: Adhere to and promote workplace safety, following OSH guidelines and safe work methods.
- Report and assist in incident investigations when required.
Vessel & Logistics Coordination - Monitor vessel movements via Portnet & JP online system and coordinate with shipping agents.
- Liaise with customers and plant operators on order status and loading schedules.
Driver & Fleet Management - Plan, assign, and monitor driver deployments to meet delivery KPIs.
