Position Overview
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Oversee daily operations across retail outlets, workshop/service centre, fleet, and logistics.
Plan operational schedules, job assignments, and resource allocation to optimise productivity.
Coordinate with Admin and Finance on contracts, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Handle operational enquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Supervise and develop team members to improve operational performance and accountability.
Support digitalisation initiatives and operational system improvements.
SERVICE CENTRE & WORKSHOP Manage service centre operations including technicians and service advisors. Monitor job cards, labour efficiency, and parts usage.
Ensure quality standards, proper service documentation, and timely job completion.
Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
