Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations arrangement, responsible for enforcing Company Policies and Procedures within the office.
Performs routine administrative duties, update, maintains data and records in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner. Serves as backup to other office personnel as needed.
Assists visitors with information or referrals. Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers and clients.
Orders, ships and receives supplies and equipment; stocks, organizes, and maintains materials for efficient accessibility. Performs monthly inventory control and reconciles.
Creation and preparation of replenishing orders, releasing for pick and place to 3PL, tracking of progress until goods issue.
To carry out quality and final inspection, checked and ensure that all items are clearly labelled and stored, correctly located at the segregated areas.
