Responsible for day-to-day operations of the bus depot, which includes liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure adequate resources for operations and external stakeholders, such as the Land Transport Authority, on service performance.
Engagement with bus captains for safe and quality service delivery.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, authorities and other external stakeholders on bus route diversion due to road closures.
Ensure that bus captains are familiar with the planned diverted routes that their bus services are deployed on.
Identify and implement processes to enhance operation efficiency, safety and service reliability.
Conduct investigations into operational incidents, service lapses and staff disciplinary matters, including interviewing bus captains and relevant staff, taking statements, gathering evidence and preparing investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
