The Executive/Sr. Executive - Operation will be responsible for efficiently managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, and reporting to ensure service excellence, compliance, and team performance.
The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure service excellence and retention
Schedule, plan, and allocate services, ensuring efficient team deployment and timely execution
Validate and generate data, plans, and reports using the iCABS system
Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note (CN) maintenance
Follow up on POs, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals
