Job Overview
Responsibilities:
Setting up financial products – unit trusts, bonds, ETFs, and stocks – and liaising with internal and external parties for the ongoing maintenance of these products.
Maintaining daily price administration and ensuring accuracy in data exchange with media publishers and business partners.
Continuing liaison with internal and external parties for the on‑going maintenance of the financial products.
Assisting on trade submission for unit trusts to the fund manager.
Handling back‑room enquiries from all internal stakeholders.
Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects/applications within the team.
Providing general administration and support to the operations department.
