Position Overview
Operations & Coordination - Oversee daily bunker operations and vessel scheduling.
- Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities to ensure smooth bunker delivery arrangements.
- Monitor loading/discharging activities for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and verify all operational documents including BDNs, cargo documents, delivery reports, SOFs, and port documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo quantities, fuel transfers, and inventory movements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide timely management updates.
Compliance & Safety - Conduct spot checks on bunker operations to ensure adherence to safety standards, maritime regulations, and company policies.
- Support emergency response and incident handling as required.
