Position Overview
You will be accountable for to execute and support Team Leader role when required on day to day policy/certificate processing and systems testing on New Business, Renewal, Endorsement, Cancellation as well as NCD services towards FEBA and within Turn Around Time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) to meet both company objectives and customer expectations.

- You will assist the team leader in their duties as and when required
- You will perform regular policy/certificate processing and systems testing on issuance, endorsement and cancellation promptly, accurately and effectively, aligned with the companiesβ objectives on customer centricity
