The role involves coordinating shipment processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and follow up on shipment processes and documentation for import, export, and local sales
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes
• Prepare and issue invoices and proforma invoices
• Support Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and processing
• Prepare regular management reports, including stock, sales, and open order reports
