YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
Being the first point of contact for drivers who arrive at our driver centreDelivering excellent and personalised support to new and existing drivers across a range of channels as and when needed (including inbound and outbound calls)Processing the onboarding of new drivers in accordance with strict regulatory criteria, ensuring accuracy and an excellent level of face to face serviceEnabling successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including improving our share of OCA vehicles, activating onboarded drivers, and improving the performance of existing drivers.
