Position Title: Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive – Air Freight
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 1.00PM – 9PM) (Saturday – half day, on remote standby)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2800 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of air freight shipments, from origin to final destination, ensuring on-time performance.
Act as the primary liaison, coordinating effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams to guarantee seamless movement and timely delivery of goods.
Provide proactive and responsive customer service, quickly addressing client inquiries and effectively resolving any shipment-related issues or delays.
