We're a fast-growing US-based floral brand and we need a reliable, hands-on operator to help run our Monterrey warehouse. You'll be helping manage the daily flow of orders in and out of our facility, keeping inventory tight, and making sure the team around you is set up to win.

If you show up, take ownership, and care about doing things right, we want to talk.

Day-to-day this looks like: coordinating pick, pack, and ship workflows, keeping shelves organized and inventory accurate, onboarding new staff, and making sure quality doesn't slip when volume picks up.

You'll report into our broader ops team and be expected to flag problems early, not explain them after the fact.

• Monterrey-based, fully onsite
• Spanish fluency required, conversational English needed
• 2+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment, or production environment is ideal — but we've hired people with less who had the right makeup
