Job Description
As a Market Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Deliver senior technical and non‑technical support to market participants-including FCMs, clearing banks, and industry partners-on market access and platform usage.Monitor system integrity and maintain control of the trading environment.Maintain listed event contracts and ensure accurate product specifications, trading parameters, and settlement terms.Analyze logs and packet captures to diagnose latency or execution issues.Lead daily clearing and settlement processes, including reconciliations, cash movements, and exception management.Manage the full clearing lifecycle: positions, collateral, and delivery.Design and maintain automation scripts to streamline operations.Maintain and improve user-facing technical documentation (., FIX specs, connectivity guides).Serve as a subject matter expert on FI...
