Our client is looking for an experienced senior manager to join them as Operations Director.

This is a key role within the company and the salary will reflect this.

Main Purpose of the Job

• To direct and manage the production operation so that customer needs are met creatively, effectively and efficiently.


• To maintain confidence about delivery reliability and quality amongst the customer service, finance and sales teams. Key account management has been introduced to ensure high levels of customer retention.


• To drive business efficiency and improvement through playing a leading role on the operational management team.


• To realise the potential within the production operation.


• To drive improvement of operating margins continuously.


• To ensure that the organisation meets health and safety, quality and environmental legal requirements.
