Operations Director
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to lead the delivery of maintenance, repair and capital projects across a large and diverse estate of many sites across the Midlands. This role is responsible for overseeing:

c.£100m annual maintenance portfolio (reactive, statutory and planned)

c.£250m capital and project programme, ranging from minor works toplex, multidisciplinary schemes

Working through a mix of in-house teams and external partners, you will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while continuously improving performance and customer oues.This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives inplex environments, can operate at pace, and is driven to deliver results while building a strong, collaborative culture.
