Duties & Responsibilities

• Permitting: Ensure all necessary permits are obtained for new construction projects.
• Complete and submit permit applications for new construction.
• Assist with septic permits and HOA applications.
• Address permit application rejections in a timely manner.
• Facilitate communication between surveyors, architects, engineers, etc. via email and phone.
• Regularly call and email vendors and city officials to ensure timely deliverables.
