Kinetic Homes is a homebuilder based in Jacksonville FL focused on expanding homeownership by constructing high quality, affordable homes in vibrant neighborhoods. The business was founded by Erik Nordahl and has built & sold over 100 homes over the past 3 years.

This role will be an early hire in a rapidly growing organization. The individual for this role will report directly to the founder, Erik Nordahl. Mentorship and professional development are critical to Erik, and he will seek to assist his colleagues in their professional development and share the learnings he has accumulated throughout his career. This individual will have opportunity to eventually manage a team of individual contributors in the future.

Compensation

$40,000-90,000 USD per year.
