About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale the operations function across our Credit Card Issuing and Merchant Acquiring businesses. This role will be responsible for building a world-class customer service and operational support organization covering B2C cardholders, B2B merchants, KYC/KYB operations, onboarding, transaction support, dispute resolution, and operational process optimization.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in card payments, merchant acquiring, customer operations, and payment ecosystem workflows, with a strong understanding of card transaction issues, payment restrictions, merchant acceptance controls, and operational risk management.
