Location: Syracuse, NY (On‑site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional rotating weekend coverage (1–2 hours) once fully trained
Pay Rate: $52-62,000 USD/yearly (Depending on relevant experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to support daily shipment and delivery operations. This is a fast‑paced, on‑site role that works closely with Customer Service and carrier partners to ensure accurate, timely shipments and quick resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities

+ Review delivery orders and shipment statuses from the previous day

+ Ensure all scheduled pickups are completed successfully

+ Verify account and billing information for accuracy

+ Review and prepare shipments for upcoming delivery days
