Position Overview
What You Will Do - Administrative, coordination and planning support to Operations. This includes but not limited to:
- Download and management of SAP data.
- Download of monthly raw data from SAP CADO and ZIRR for capacity planning and HPP productivity review.
- Download of performance tracking charts such as daily flow rate, lead time tracking etc.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to provide daily coordination and planning to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with Operation Leaders to close EHS and Quality findings timely.
- Level 3 project coordinator who perform pre‑job EHS assessment for contractors and supervise contractors in accordance to EHS requirements.
- Escort contractors in and out of premises in compliance with Global Trade requirements.
