Position Overview
You are responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day activities across production, logistics, maintenance and customer delivery functions.
What You’ll Do
Operational Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including data entry, documentation, claim and filing in compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and financial arrangements.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer service to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor key operational metrics and highlight discrepancies or trends.
