Assist in ensuring quality standards are met for the Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS)
Provide first-level support and help with routine system maintenance tasks
Support in tracking and updating schedules for maintenance activities
Assist in monitoring and documenting support tasksHelp conduct system checks identifying potential errors and generating audit reports based on findings
Support the creation and updating of training materials in accordance to brand standards
Assist with the setup and configuration of properties in the CRS system
Respond to basic property-related inquiries or issues, escalating complex cases when needed
Perform general administrative or support tasks as assigned
Key Requirements
1–2 years of experience in hotel operations, commercial systems support, or a similar role
