As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the preparation and management of maritime related topics as well general back office duties related to our offshore project Nordseecluster.
You will report to the O&M Hub Manager. Work location will be Eemshaven/NL.
About the role
Preparation of Port calls (bi-weekly shift pattern) in close collaboration with the SOV management to fulfill internal processes and offshore regulationsOverall tracking of training status (offshore staff) and management of training bookings at our preferred training providerManagement of the daily operations at site base (visitors, site inductions, audits, events)Support efficient shift planning in close collaboration with the Offshore Leadership TeamOnboarding support for new colleagues (Trainings, IT Equipment, PPE)E...
