Operations Coordinator (Dato Onn | Basic Up to RM4500)

Job Scope:

• Assist in daily logistics and warehouse operations, including shipment and delivery coordination
• Work closely with transporters, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor delivery schedules, shipment progress, and resolve any operational issues
• Prepare logistics-related documents such as DO, invoices, packing lists, and airway bills
• Maintain accurate records and update information in the logistics system
• Handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and support administrative reporting tasks
• Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
