MAIN PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
-To ensure the smooth running of the Company's contracts on the clientsβ premises.
- Be actively involved with the start-up of new contracts and briefing sessions for existing contracts to ensure that the correct staff is supplied. Liaise with the Operations and/or GM Operations to ascertain client requirements.
Ensure that daily debrief is attended and that all client related information and feedback is reported and logged.
- Work in conjunction with the recruiter and/or operations managers to ensure that suitable candidates are recruited. Adhere to the stipulations of the relevant Company policies and procedures in respect of the recruitment of assignees.
Ensure that legislative requirements in respect of the hiring of foreign nationals are adhered to.
